Effective October 1st, our rates will be increasing, and our policies will be updated. These changes are necessary to continue providing you with the high-quality service you expect from us.We appreciate your understanding and support.

 All booking requests must be reviewed and approved before finalizing your session with clients or photographers. You will receive an email with either an approval or denial within 24-48 hours of your request being submitted.

If Approved:

1. Invoice: An invoice will be attached and must be paid within 24 hours. If payment is not received by 8 AM on the day following the 24-hour window, your request will be canceled.
2. Contract: You will receive an email with a contract that must be signed promptly.
3. Credit Card Authorization: A link to our digital credit card authorization form will be sent to securely store your payment information. Please complete this form to authorize Achroma to hold your credit card details on file for future transactions related to your booking.

• Event Rates Differ: Use this booking link for photography, cinematography, and visual sessions only. Group rates may apply.
• Cyclorama Wall: If you wish to use the Cyclorama Wall, please select it as an add-on. If it is not selected, only the white seamless backdrop and the moveable wall will be available. Group shots are not permitted on the Cyclorama Wall.
